Collagraph VII 48" x 36"
This plate has an aluminum base. I worked on this base a long time ago, probably 10 to 12 years. Bristol board was glued onto the base and a layer of silkscreen fabric over that. The gluing of the Bristol board might have been done with a glue I don’t use any more (maybe Gorilla Glue) and the gluing of the fabric was very uneven. But it was OK to work with.

The second was printed in a mixture that was mostly Portland Cool Black on rolled 300g Arches hot pressed natural white watercolor paper.

State 2 Printed 2-10-2022 with help from Nick Roberts. This plate is very big and I can’t handle the paper without help. The plate is badly warped and that makes printing difficult. Printed on 300 g. Arches Natural White hot pressed Rolled Watercolor paper.
