SGCI Conference March 2022

The Southern Graphics Conference is the major United States event for printmakers. It is held every year but was not held in 2020 and 2021 because of Covid. In 2022 it was held at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, home of one of the highest rated printmaking programs in the country. It only had about half the number of people attending compared with previous years, due to continuing concerns about Covid and the fact that many universities have stopped paying expenses for faculty and students. Nevertheless it was a great reunion for many of us.
